With this line-up, Daiwa’s flagship line of saltwater rods finally has a dedicated slow pitch jigging rod series. A thin profile blank with a smaller diameter than standard saltwater jigging sticks facilitates the sharp quick action and precise overall lure control that slow pitch jigging requires. To achieve such a thin blank, the rods utilize HVF nanoplus construction (higher volume of fiber and less resin), which also creates a lighter, stronger, and more sensitive blank than standard blank constructions.

Fitted with Fuji’s premium LRV guides, these offer a single leg to the rear yet maintain a sloped ring for effortless, tangle-free fishing. Every design feature of this guide is aimed at virtually friction-free fishing.
